Food Production

We use certified local and international suppliers for products. We manage the food production process to ensure compliance with food safety and specifications.

Assemble

We have a complete "chill chain" where we portion and assemble the meals and prepare the trolleys. Drawers and trays are prepared and loaded into the trolleys. The trolleys for each flight are prepared for loading onto the truck.

Deliver

Load the trolleys into chilled high-loaders trucks for transport to the airport. Onboard the aircraft, we load the aircraft galley with the carts and freehold goods. Our operations and dispatch department manage the dynamic and cariable moments at the gates. 

Clean

The offloaded trolleys from arriving aircraft are sanitized. Waste is sorted for recycling, and international waste is handled per regulations. Crockery and cutlery are washed and sterilized.

Replenish

Specialized software controls the supply process and extracts demand data based on usage. Items include fresh food, airline-owned products, bonded goods, and all other items boarded.
